About VITALITY

The VITALITY Project is an Erasmus+ initiative designed to empower marginalized women (low-income, migrant, or refugee) by improving their physical health, resilience, and social inclusion. Through culturally adapted resources and community support, VITALITY breaks down barriers to physical activity and enhances well-being.
General Objective

To empower disadvantaged women by providing accessible, culturally relevant tools that promote physical activity, mental resilience, and social inclusion, improving their overall health and quality of life across Europe.

Target Group

The VITALITY Project targets disadvantaged women aged 30-50, particularly those from low-income, migrant, or refugee backgrounds. These women often face barriers to physical activity due to socioeconomic, cultural, and accessibility challenges. The project aims to empower them by providing culturally adapted resources to improve physical health, mental resilience, and social inclusion.

Specific Objectives
Raise awareness of physical literacy and improve health knowledge among 50 women, with 80% showing progress.
Establish 3 online support groups and host 3 workshops, targeting 75% participant retention.
Develop and test a physical literacy toolkit with 30 participants, integrating 80% of feedback for adaptability.
Form partnerships with 5 local organizations, securing 2 long-term commitments for project sustainability.
