My starting point

Ten quick questions about how you move now and what you would like to find easier.

Time: About 5 minutes

Your answers are saved on this device only. The site does not send them or keep them.

This is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers. Your answers show you where you are starting from.

Your week

Three women aged 30 to 50, of different sizes and in everyday clothes, are active in their week. One walks fast in a headscarf, one dances at home and one carries shopping bags.

Count anything that made you breathe faster, like fast walking, dancing, housework or caring for children. The 30 minutes can be in short parts.

days

For example, carrying heavy shopping bags, or exercises like sit to stand.

days
On a normal day, about how many hours do you sit?

Count sitting at home, at work, on the bus and in front of a screen.

When in the day could you find 10 minutes for yourself?

Moving in daily life

Three women of different backgrounds and body sizes, in everyday clothes, do daily tasks. One climbs stairs, one carries shopping and one in a headscarf picks something up from the floor.
Is it hard for you to walk or climb stairs?
Is it hard for you to carry a bag of shopping?
Is it hard for you to bend down to pick something up from the floor?

How you feel about moving

Three women of different ages, sizes and backgrounds stretch their arms up, happy and relaxed. They wear everyday clothes, and one wears a headscarf.
How sure are you that you can be active on 3 days a week?
What can your body do well now? Tick all that are true.
What would you like to find easier? Tick up to 2.

Keep your answers. After 3, 6 and 12 months, answer the same questions again and see what has changed.
